A Time to Reflect, Recognize and Remember

This week, as the nation pauses to observe National Police Week, Mobile Pro Systems proudly joins communities across America in paying tribute to the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of law enforcement officers.

First established by President Kennedy in 1962, Police Week has grown into a nationwide tribute to the men and women of law enforcement. It is a solemn time to honor those who have fallen in the line of duty and to recognize the officers who continue to serve with dedication, integrity, and resilience. These men and women are the foundation of public safety—answering calls, protecting neighborhoods, and putting themselves in harm’s way to ensure the safety of others.

A Legacy of Service and Sacrifice

Behind every badge is a story. Some stories are known—others remain quiet acts of bravery and compassion. All deserve recognition.

Among those with firsthand experience is Karl Olson, a decorated former Minneapolis police officer and now a Senior Solutions Consultant at Mobile Pro Systems. His law enforcement career, marked by frontline service in one of the nation’s most complex urban environments, is a reflection of the strength and integrity found in officers across the country.

“Police work is more than a job—it’s a calling,” Olson shares. “Every officer I’ve worked with has a deep-rooted sense of duty to their community. This week is about honoring that—honoring the ones still serving and the ones we’ve lost.”

A Commitment to Standing with Law Enforcement

At Mobile Pro Systems, we don’t take that sense of duty lightly. While we’re proud to build advanced surveillance tools used by police departments nationwide, our deeper mission is rooted in support, respect, and real partnership with the law enforcement community.

“We know that effective technology matters—but we also know it’s the people behind the badge who make the real difference,” said Mobile Pro Systems CEO, Sam Rosen.  “That’s why Police Week is so important to us. It’s a reminder that behind every tool we build is someone relying on it to stay safe, respond faster, and protect lives.”

“We don’t take it for granted that many people we’re working with are on the front lines every day,” added Olson. “Our job is to make sure they have the tools they need to stay safe and do their jobs more effectively. That’s what drives us.”

Thank You to Those Who Serve

To all the officers serving in our cities, counties, and rural communities: we see you, we value you, and we thank you. Your courage does not go unnoticed. Your sacrifices are not forgotten. This week, and every week, our team at Mobile Pro Systems salutes your service—and stands in support of your mission.

With Gratitude and Respect,
The Team at Mobile Pro Systems
