A Smart Feature that Works for You

More than Mobile: Card Reader/Keypad Option
A Smart Feature that Works for You

MPS mobile surveillance trailers and towers move with you and work for you every day, but our innovation doesn’t stop there. We’re constantly working to make our systems smarter with extra functions to serve you. For example, we know construction and work sites are places of non-stop activity. The logistics of keeping track of personnel and materials from a project’s beginning until end are no small feat.

So when we were designing an integrated card reader/keypad system for the MPS Defense System, we envisioned other uses for it as well. The main purpose of the card reader/keypad is to give authorized personnel a quick method to arm/disarm an entire group of surveillance units deployed on one site; but because each entry is logged, card readers can also be used as a time check-in/check-out system. These entries are then compiled in usage reports which can be viewed online or downloaded to support administrative tasks that are handled elsewhere.

Card reader and keypad options are available on the Commander 3400 trailers, Sentinel and Gate Sentry towers, and CheckPoint mobile guard shack.
